RV-HELP-U-SELL
of Sacramento is a marketing company designed to help you sell your RV quickly and easily! We handle the marketing, we take the phone calls, and we do the demonstration. In other words we make selling your RV a pleasure, and we take the stress out of dealing with strangers. Everyone knows you are better off selling your own RV, "but not everyone is equipped to be an RV Salesperson." We also represent several Lending Institutions by advertising their RV foreclosures to the general
public.
Dealers, brokers and wholesalers will not participate in the
foreclosure sales program. This sales program is defined as a "Best
Offer System" allowing interested parties to make offers on each
foreclosure. Foreclosures will be listed on a weekly basis. The
beginning date and the closing date will be listed for each foreclosure
unit offered. We will list as much information about each foreclosure
as possible. Most RV'S will have pictures and some will not. The
foreclosures will all come with " Clean Titles". There will be no units
sold with "Salvage, duplicate, or frame repaired records". Sales are
not final until the high offer holder has the opportunity to inspect
the purchase. Once approved the winning bidder must take receipt of the
RV within 14 days.
To make an offer on a foreclosure fully complete the contact page with your
information along with the stock number and your offer. You will be notified on the closing date only if you have the winning offer. Watch for daily updates. Offers must
be submitted by 6:00 pm PST on the closing date specified. Sold RVs will be posted on the sold page of this site in the following week. This program is new
and can change at any time. We will make our best effort to keep our
web site updated with current information.
RV-HELP-U-SELL locations across the country are advertising RV and boat foreclosures to a nation-wide market. It is important to separate this program from an "Auction". Our only function is to advertise these RV'S and boats to a global market place. Our advertising program allows on-line prospective buyers the ability to view these foreclosures, make offers or purchase foreclosures from the legal owners. RV-HELP-U-SELL will not accept or collect deposits, or any form of payment from interested buyers. Motor vehicle laws vary from state to state, sales and offers made to legal owners are completely between the buyer and legal owner of each foreclosure. Buyers are given the opportunity to inspect the foreclosure before paying any monies or contracting to purchase.
Anyone interested in purchasing a foreclosure at the listed price or making an offer will be directed to the legal owner. Accepting the listing or lower offer price will be at the discretion of the legal owner. RV-HELP-U-SELL is compensated by the legal owners for advertising the foreclosures. RV-HELP-U-SELL does not receive any compensation generated from the selling price. These foreclosures advertised can be located anywhere in the United States. Registration and sales tax are regulated by the states. To assure a trouble free transaction, buyers are advised to check with their state and the state where the foreclosure is located. Legal owners may at their discretion offer financing to the buyer.

RV HELP U SELL affiliates do not collect deposits for any type of
payment from prospective buyers. Any deposits or payments should be
made to the legal owners (lender). In most cases the owner/bank will
