FAQ
How do I know I'm getting a good value?

We strongly suggest prospective buyers do their diligence. Check with your local newspapers and dealers. We have provided the estimated low retail value published in the National Automotive Dealers Guide Book (NADA).

Is the NADA Guide important and how does it effect pricing?

Major lending institutions use the NADA Guide Book to  determine the value of used vehicles. If you make a purchase at below low NADA retail you can be assured that you have gotten a good deal.

What makes us different?

Unlike other foreclosure/repossession and advertising sites we do not ask for any type of payment or deposit, nor will we ever ask you for your credit card number. We are simply a tool for lenders and RV owners who need to  liquidate their RVs.

What happens if my offer is the winning offer?

You will be notified and given contact  information pertaining to the location and details of the sale. Any and all paperwork pertaining to foreclosed RVs will be completed by the lending institution.

If I agree to advertise my RV with Sacramentorvhelpusell.com, how much will it cost me up-front?

Absolutely nothing!   Our guarantee is that this service won't cost you a thing if we can't sell your recreational vehicle.

Do you think Sacramentorvhelpusell.com would be able to reach more potential buyers than I could and sell it more quickly?

Yes.  You’ll benefit from our powerful internet search engines.  We sell 80% of our internet advertised RVs.   In fact, we may already have a buyer waiting for a used RV such as yours.  Our success depends on selling your coach quickly.

Do you think I could easily sell my RV by listing it in various publications and taking the calls myself?

Possibly.  However, keep in mind that we follow the ever-changing recreational vehicle market.  We have the expertise and we know how to get top dollar based on today’s market.  You may contact an advertiser and list your RV, but they are not concerned with whether your RV sells.  They’re simply placing an ad in a publication.  The advertiser does not care whether your RV sells or not because they get paid upfront.  WE ARE MOTIVATED TO SELL YOUR RV.  Again, we don’t get paid unless we sell your RV.  Why not let a professional sell your RV and use your free time for something else.

Does Sacramentorvhelpusell.com help get potential buyers qualified for an RV loan?

Yes.  In fact, we specialize in financing and know how to get buyers qualified for an RV loan.  In the beginning all buyers are concerned with price, but in the end it is the financing and their monthly payment that closes the sale.  We have numerous lenders who offer great RV loan packages.  Based on the client’s situation, we’ll offer a number of lenders in which they can get pre-qualified.

What experience do you have selling RVs?

We have a combined experience throughout our organization of over 40 years in the Recreational Vehicle sales and marketing industry.  We are also avid RVers with a vast knowledge of RVs.

Will you present ALL offers to me?

Without a doubt.  You’ll be contacted immediately with every offer.

Would I be better off consigning my RV at a dealer’s lot where they have new RVs for sale?  If not, why?

No.  Were you aware most dealers mark their NEW inventory up roughly 40%?  Why?  Think for a moment about their overhead costs.  They have huge buildings, staffing and inventory costs.   At Sacrametorvhelpusell.com our overhead costs are very low, which means we’ll sell your RV quickly at a good price, while offering savings to the buyer.

Example:

If the dealer pays $150,000 for a new RV they must turn around and sell it for approximately $220,000.  What if you decide after a year or two that you want to trade it in, or consign your RV.  Don’t be surprised if the dealership can only offer you $110,000 - $120,000.  That’s even if the NADA value is $140,000.  To them a one or two year old coach is not worth as much as a new one they can buy for $150,000.   Dealers don’t want you to know that aside from all their ordinary expenses they tack on to bring down the value of your trade-in or con-
signment, they also add a 10% fee called a PAC.  This means they cannot offer you a very good price for a trade in or a consignment.  The bottom line is that large RV dealers must mark your RV price up much more than we do to make a profit due to their large overhead.  At Sacramentorvhelpusell.com you’ll get top dollar for your RV and sell it fast …… and the buyer gets a good deal, too!

If I were to take my RV to a consignment lot or dealer, don’t you think they’d be more motivated to sell my RV versus one of their new RVs?  After all, my RV would most likely be more affordable because it’s used and is less costly.

No.  Dealers don’t want you to know your trade or consignment will have to compete directly with new inventory that is already overpriced.  Dealers are paying interest and depreciation on the inventory they already own.  They don’t want you to know that they are far more motivated to sell their new inventory than selling the coaches they take on consignment or trade.  That is one reason many consigned RVs on dealer or consignment lots do not sell quickly.

How will I save money by listing with Sacramentorvhelpusell.com versus a dealer or a consignment lot?

At Sacramentorvhelpusell.com we have very low overhead because the RV stays at your location; therefore, we don’t need a large mark-up over your price for the RV to make a profit.  Lower costs means we will sell your RV fast.

Sellers get their price and buyers get a good deal ….. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Our service is hassle-free and our guarantee is that if we can't sell your RV you pay nothing.
